Live Mozzarella Making Demonstration

Everyone will get a glass of wine and a slice of pizza to start (more available at HH price)! We explain the process of making mozzarella while demonstrating live, everybody gets a turn throughout different phases of the process, we make a caprese salad using the fresh, warm mozzarella then everybody gets to take a piece of fresh cheese home!
